BS Picture is a small and useful image viewer that includes all the features necessary not only to display any image but also to convert or edit. The program includes support for over thirty formats including most popular: JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, PPM, PSD, IMG ... But the program functions simply do not lead to as BS Picture display also includes some functions for converting between formats and editing images.
